On December 12, 2023, the NYCU delegation, including Prof. Chang and Director Huang, visited the School of Medicine at the National University of Malaysia. We held a meeting on international academic cooperation and the bilateral academic programs. Prof. Dee Chang Fu from UKM IMEN also participated in this visit.
